It is called Children of the Night. Gia has been involved for a while. They rescue young girls who are being used as prostitues. Saturday there will be an event where many of the "saved/rescued" girls will meet the FBI agents who rescued them.
the hosts asked about WAT. He made a couple comments, like "ask the young (or drumb) suites who made the decision." The hosts laughed and Anthony asked if they were on the air. When they said 'yes' he covered his eyes as if he wished he hadn't said it. He seemed reluctant to talk about it. He said "the shows time had come after 7 ears. The hosts disagreed and commented on the still high ratings.
They also joked about his hair (it is short but the mohawk seems to be gone. He joked that he can't afford shampoo now.

Good for Anthony and Gia - that sounds like a really worthy cause. It's good to see celebs using their fame in such worthwhile ways!
Regarding Anthony's comment that 'the show's time had come after 7 years', I don't think he'd feel that way if the show had been treated more lovingly by the producers and the writers.
And I love his joke about the shampoo!! Wonderful!!

I so agree with you Brighteyes, it is always great to see celebrities supporting a cause because they really care, not because they can.
Have to laugh at ALP mowhawk comment, but, so glad the mowhawk has gone.

Thought all you ALP fans (Sharon), would be happy to know that he has been nominated for two AFI Awards: International Award for Best Actor (WAT) and Best Lead Actor (Film-Balibo), Balibo has also been nominated for Best Film.
The awards are held over two nights (Dec 11th & 12th) in Melbourne, I will be sure to let you know how ALP goes.

Well, judging by the reviews 'Balibo' has gotten, it would be wonderful if ALP was a winner. I reckon he's got a really good chance!
Thanks Sandid!

Tomorrow night, in a famous french talk show, there will be an ALP'interview.
The show probably could be seen on the channel website. I'll post the link as soon as it's available.

The show just aired. ALP was only on for 5 minutes. He talked about his JMalone's charachter and soccer. He thanked french public for their fidelity. He was very cool.
It was filmed at St Tropez. The presentateur said that WAT has been cancelled because of a desagreement between WB and CBS.
You should be able to see the show at this adress tomorow. ALP his just 5 minutes before the end.

Oh and just for fun. The main guest was Sylvie Vartan, a famous french singer ( the blond lady ) but also the aunt of Michael Vartan ( Michael Vaughn in Alias ).

And I love when he said that he's glad French people love him because French persons have great taste LOL.

I'll look forward to catching that tomorrow. And Anthony is right - the French people have excellent taste!
I have heard of Sylvie Vartan, but never made the connection with Michael Vartin.
