I would have suspected that he would have spoken Spanish, being raised in San Diego. Don't they learn the language there considering their closeness to Mexico?
I am wondering if he speaks any Hungarian, as his mother is from there originally.
I was also reading an old thread at another site, so I am not sure how reliable this imfo is (maybe someone can confirm it), but, apparently EC is a Deacon in his church (this was posted by someone who apparently attends the same church). We know that he and his wife often run marriage classes (counciling) as well.

Mimi posted an article in French from a Swiss magazine showing their houses which said that Keri was a fervent Roman Catholic when she met him. In my opinion someone who is so devoted is hardly likely to change. Hoowever, from all I have read and it is probably the same site as yourself they go to the local Presbyterian Church where Eric is an Archdeacon, the girls attend Sunday School there and Eric has helped at various of the Church's summer camps. Also there have been advertisements for the counselling which Eric and Keri do there. This comes from a number of people and I don't think they would all be wrong but there is a discrepancy there.

I am wondering if he speaks any Hungarian, as his mother is from there originally. I wasn't aware of this - so Eric is in fact half-Hungarian. When you think of it in the picture of his Mum which was posted here she does look to have some Slavic features slightly reminiscent of Zsa Zsa Gabor. I wonder could she be any relation to Debra Monk who played Christian Slater's mother in Bed Of Roses? I think they look very alike.

I remember reading that Keri was explicitly told not to bring a date to that wedding. (And she was not related to the couple getting married, it were friends of hers. - I don't know about Eric.)

He met his wife Keri at a wedding in Austria i believe in 1989, not sure it was a friends or family wedding. It was a guy whom he met when backpacking around Europe in 1987 although I hadn't realised it was in Austria - I assumed it was the US!
