This review said it all ! Just a few seconds of Eric. It's so frustrating ! But, I still hope we'll learn later about Hugo because I don't see the point about taking Eric Close in a show if not to use him... Mimi! Thank you so much for the info. If you ask me, I'm sorta relieved to hear that Eric's involvment with this show is mininal at best. Less exposure and involvement with you know who... And from the sound it... This was probably one of those roles that the press just 'exaggerated' a bit just to get more buzz for the show just based on the guest star's name. At least we know that Eric's name is worth something, huh? ;D LOL! OMG! ;D Seriously? He even brought that little 'food' part into this role? That is too funny for words! That's Eric for you there... Making sure his character gets something 'food' related mentioned! I'm surprised he wasn't snacking on something while being a ghost there! LOL!

TV Guide: Cheers & Jeers: American Horror Story — Denis the MenaceDec 8, 2011 07:00 AM ET by Bruce Fretts Denis O’Hare, American Horror StoryCheers to Denis O'Hare for his scorching turn on American Horror Story. True Blood's ex-vampire king has scared up another juicy role as vengeful burn victim Larry Harvey on FX's certifiably insane shocker. In this week's episode, we learned the true origins of Larry's scars - bitter stepson Tate (Evan Peters) set him ablaze. Larry also falsely confessed to killing the boy-toy of ex-wife Constance (Jessica Lange), whom he implicated in the murder of her previous husband (Eric Close) and his mistress. Confused yet? Somehow, Tony winner O'Hare grounds AHS' outlandish plot twists in a genuinely emotional reality. In the process, he joins Boardwalk Empire's Jack Huston and Breaking Bad's Giancarlo Esposito as one of TV's most three-dimensional two-faced killers. Just don't get on their bad sides! Meaning Eric will be ( at last ) in the next episode ??

Meaning Eric will be ( at last ) in the next episode ?? Mimi, if this is the episode I just watched, all I saw was a repeat scene of Constance shooting them both and then an additional scene of her dragging him (Eric) down the stairs to the basement. I really couldn't tell if it was Eric. I hope it was a stuntman because it looked like it hurt. The episode did show what Constance did with both the bodies, but I won't post that here in case you watch the episode. Other than that I did not see anymore of him. It makes me wonder how much more we'll see of Eric. It's not really much of a role. Maybe he was doing a favor for a friend.

So not much of Eric. I'm just wondering the same than you regarding his "participation".
Maybe in the cliffangher ? We just have to wait...

They could easily use those repeat scenes if not extra footage that was cut out from what they have shot so far. And yeah... No way they are going to use a real actor to drag down the stairs without causing insurance premiums to go up! LOL! If you guys ask me, I'm kinda relieved to hear that Eric's invovlvement with this was mininal at best. Less exposure to Murphy there! PS: Added the link and title to Mimi's post above just in case you guys are wondering.
