i'm just curious: all in all, I think the firsth 3 episodes from 6th season were better than most of seasons 4 and 5, even though not as seasons 1 to 3. Is it just me? yeah in MHO they were wayy better then 4, and better then most of 5. but yeah they were not even close to comparing to seasons 1-3 for me at least... Okay, yes, I will concede. I agree with Jackyy and Annie2000.

I agree with Jackyy and Annie2000. OK. Season 4 sucked, but the first 2 eps. and the one told from the point of view of the parents were way better than the first 3 season 6 eps. And I think that the season 6 opener was probably one of the worst eps ever on the show. Frankly, IMO even the last episode wasn't much different than the ones in the 4th or 5th season. I think that the show started to go down when Ed R. (don't remember his last name) left after the 2nd season. I feel that he really had a handle on all the characters and knew where he wanted to take them. And it all fell apart completely when Hank left. The storytelling is now plot-driven, not character-driven, and most of the plots aren't even well told.

truth, the firsth episodes os 4th season were solid, and parents worked very well. That's what scares me, for I don't know if the 4th episode from 6th season will keep it up. Season 5 had good episodes in the firsth half, but after that...

So so episode for me....not great and nothing really bad. I watched it the other night...and we had company so I couldn't get to critique it right away. I forgot alot of what I watched...see to me it wasn't that impressionable!!! Jack was behaving in his jerky self...they are making him be like this for some major reason...what it is...I don't know?? I'm afraid...so they will kick him out of his unit...and then Sam will be able...legally to get it back on track with him. Ugh!!! I desperately don't want that to happen by any means!!!!! Loved...loved how Viv socked it to him though!!! Go Girl!!! ;D Didn't see much of Elena and Danny....are they still a couple?? Come on writers!! Where are you? Wow...Martin is so good!! What a caring guy. I loved how he looked at the girl when he was interviewing her and saw how she feared him...with her painful history. And oh....the despair he had on his face when he found out the truth. Oh well....I will miss seeing a new episode this coming week.....but please I am waiting for another new and EXCITING episode next week. This episode should be a new one that they filmed after their summer hiatus? Didn't they just film 3 episodes last May before they went on break?? Can't wait to see what everyone's "doos "will look like???

Mariepaule....what I was trying to say is that I think the 3 episodes that we saw so far in the new season were filmed before they went on their summer vacations.....this next episode will show the crew with maybe a little different look...for example Danny's hair might be cut a little different since he seemed to be letting his hair grow out (sideburns)...for a movie he was working on over the summer. Poppy should be showing her pregnancy a bit more. Martin usually does have his hair cut short....I kind of like it the way he wears it...but who knows...it might look different. Some people were hoping it was a bit longer. Seems that you would like to see it longer.

I'd say that's an accurate statement. ;D What I was trying to say is that ep. 2, 3, and the next one, 4, were all filmed last spring. The first episode this season, the one where Martin has short hair, Danny has those horrible sideburns and Jack has the also horrible blond hight lites, was the first one they filmed after the hiatus. They were filmed out of order.

Ooooooohhhhhh.....didn't realize that....I was confused....but now that you say that I do remember Jenn saying that they were not so sure which episode would be the first one?? Gotcha!! 8-)Thanks for getting me up to par!!! ;D I guess now that you say that....I DO think Martins hair could be a tiny bit longer!! It was kind of short in that episode. OHHHHHHH well....I would have him anyway!!!! ;D

Okay, I don't even know where to start. It was a fair episode for me, not as good as 'Lost Boy' IMO. I didn't feel much sympathy for the missing woman Christine and really, I was confused about her son for awhile there. Was he dead or not? Were they going to resolve this or keep us wondering so we'd keep watching? I didn't care much about the whole thing. I could understand the differences in how they treat people with regards to their opinions on politics in the different countries, but that didn't mean the CIA guy could torture Ernesto (or whatever his name was, forgotten already ). Though he did torture other people so in a way I wasn't too angry. I was shocked that Jack went along wtih something that clearly was a bad idea from the start. He should learn to listen to his coworkers. They may work under him and he tells them what to do most of the time, but they do and know the job just like he does. They're not there for their looks (thank God, Danny's hair is getting to me ). I think Jack needs therapy more than (dare I say it) Samantha does :-O Hell they should have a session together... no wait, then they'll spend MORE time together and get closer... okay scratch that, clearly a bad idea. Just get Jack's head smacked in maybe It looked like Samantha was gaining weight, but like Jenni, I don't think that she looked that pregnant. Not much stomach bulging though a lot of cleavage. That could be explained away by her over eating due to guilt about treating Martin so poorly (hahaha I'm trying!) . Doesn't bother me anyway how she looked in the episode. I was more focused on Martin in that purple shirt, yummy. I didn't notice that his tie was too loud though! Guess I'm a bad judge when it comes to those things or I just wasn't paying attention. It did seem to startle Martin that the girl backed away from him in the interrogation room, though you have to remember that she was used to being treated differently by people of higher authority. Seeing him get upset like that would probably make any person in her situation want to dive into the nearest corner and protect herself. I'm glad he understood that and left the room. Vivian was much calmer and nicer to her. And I don't think Martin over reacted or snapped. It would no doubt get frustrating having people constantly lying about what really happened. Anyone would snap I think. And yes, it was great to see some team interaction for a change! I sure have missed it! Oh and about Danny/Elena not acting close, I think during cases it's probably best they don't flirt and touch and stuff like that in the office. Sure they're dating and it's nice seeing them close and all, but they have to focus on one thing and one thing only at that stage. I'm glad they managed to control themselves (though when MS were together, the more looks and touches the better ). Does anyone know how long Danny/Elena have been together now? (Though this will probably just cause a huge debate over the timeline ) All in all not the greatest eppy though not all bad either.

This episode aired last night here in Perth (Australia) and Yes Broni I agree with everything you said. Martin Yummi. Jack definately needs therapy. What's wrong with him? Is this some lead up to some story line? Maybe he is about to go off the deep end. Viv, now she rocks. Maybe she could take over the team and Jack can go sit in an office somewhere and we only have to hear form him once in awhile. All in all I like the show it hasn't let me down (except of coarse the whole M/S relationship) yet. The stories are always strong and well acted although sometimes a bit far fetched, but, then that's entertainment for you. Would you watch it if they didn't use their poetic lisence?
