Thanks everyone for posting the interviews. I loved the Good Day LA interview. I loved it when the one girl said you should be my therapist and the other girl said or maybe your husband. He has matured in his interviews and he seems more comfortable, but he always looks awesome.
****SPOILER ALERT*****
I actually enjoyed the movie and my family watched with me and also enjoyed it. It was a great story and one that is so true. I loved the scene where the mom walks in on the son and his girlfriend and then calls dad to come home. And I also like the discussion about Lori ruining Ben's life by getting pregnant. I will agree with Cindy that the love scene was very hot. I will definitely be rewatching that scene. On the other hand I really didn't like the whole running thru the woods stripping clothes off in the rain and jumping in the quarry. Who would leave a warm house drinking wine in front of a fireplace to go run thru the wood. I could see them having too much to drink and things going to far but the whole quarry thing, not so much.
Anyway, the movie is worth watching and there are a lot of Eric scenes and he is hot in every one of them. This movie is so much better than his last one.
Cindy - I know you weren't impressed with Tony Oller (Ben's son in the movie). I think he is a very talented young man, not as good looking and EC but I'm rooting for him because he grew up in my neighborhood and I wish the best for him. I also read somewhere that he was going to Canada to visit EC when he's filming Chaos. I guess they must have connected.

Okay, I have to confess I've only watched the first half-hour of the movie (sorry but I have a major paper due today and needed that time!) but I am liking what I've seen so far. So nice to see EC on my TV and looking soooooo good!! I like the chemistry of the actors and quite frankly, based on just this bit I've seen, it's much better than a lot of Lifetime movies I've seen. So I can't wait to watch the rest tonight. I'm also with Cindy in that I liked the dancing scene but I think it was just all Ben and Lorrie's little scenes that I liked. There's definite chemistry and I like it a lot. And yay! they kept the cupcake bit between father and son. (I was even willing to overlook the editing error in regards to the cupcake being big, small, big and then small again. LOL) In the TV LA interview, don't you think he looks a lot like Robert Redford And god, he's so charming... No, please, don't start you too Mimi with "... he looks a lot like ....", pleaaaaaaaaaaaase!!!! I read on different boards that he "looks like" everybody in the Hollywood and not world. Eric looks like himself, and that's it! Chill, Iretos. I'm with Mimi and this is because I have a secret wish that Robert Redford would cast EC in one of his movies as his son or something. And yeah, I'll say they look alike as I am a big fan of both and I definitely have a type. LOL.

I too, enjoyed it. It was great to see EC in 'homey' type role. No suits, no ties and no guns. And he even had more than 5 lines! ;D The funny thing that stuck in my mind was that this movie was supposed to be set in Virginia* .. They were all born and raised there and not ONE of them had a southern accent! Not even her parents! ;D My sister lives near Lynchburg and let me tell you.. if you were born and raised there, you have an southern accent. *I'm assuming it was Va... they talked about many towns in Va. Lynchburg and Lofton, etc.

Thanks for sharing, Iretos. Nice review.
Okay, I finished and I actually liked it. Eric was good as a dad struggling with old yearnings and I just loved Samantha Mathis as Lorrie. Of course, the football stuff wasn't nearly as exciting as a game in Dillon, Texas but still good enough for what they had. And is it weird that I liked the little bit with them eating fried chicken and coleslaw while in the stands? Maybe I was hungry...?
Eric looked great and I loved seeing him looking all relaxed and happy (as well as torn and conflicted) in this movie. A nice, watchable Lifetime movie. ;D
