A little birdy was nice enough to share some sides with my poor old soul... 1x8: Two Percent MISSING STUFF OUTSIDE LINDA'S APARTMENT: Billy and Rick are hounding Casey for answers on his relationship to a woman named Linda. He finally relents and tells them that they were in a committed relationship for a little over two years and that it was intense and then suddenly it wasn't. Satisfied, they proceed to Linda's apartment door. Casey knocks while the rest of the team hangs back, out of sight. An Asian man (sans shirt) answers the door, not what they were expecting, so after a brief exchange, Casey knocks the man back into the apartment and the team rushes inside. Casey and the man get into a heated fight - both very skilled... MISSING STUFF INSIDE LINDA'S APARTMENT Michael asks Linda why she didn't leave them a message. She replies she didn't want anyone to find her. Rick asks why she was hiding from everyone - even the good guys. She explains that when 'the leak' (no idea here) was exposed she knew HQ was going to recall everyone from Hong Kong but she's too close to catching Kai Yuen and can't leave yet. Rick has no idea who Yuen is but it's clear the team knows too well. Yuen is a legend, no one can verify he's real but he's linked to financing terrorists all over the world. Michael adds that no one can even tell them what he looks like but Linda says that tomorrow night she will. She figured out that Yuen was using a front selling knock-off handbags to transport the money. This guy is too big and too dangerous and she won't leave until she nails him. Michael and Casey both try to warn her to leave, too much danger but she's firmly resolved. Billy quips that she's 'spirited' and can understand why Casey fell for her. Shirtless guy emerges from the bedroom, now dressed, and Casey comments that her new guy should be running along. She tells him that the guy's name is Chang and he's her agent now. It's quite clear that there's more than just protocol agent stuff between her and Chang. Michael tries to steer the conversation back on track, telling her what she has planned if they stayed on and tried to get someone named Yuen. Chang tells him that he knows where Yuen's export business is and when the next buy is going to be. Linda tells them that they have a plan to catch Yuen, thus closing down the 'bank of al Qaeda.' Chang excuses himself, plants an awkward kiss on Linda's cheek and leaves. As soon as he's gone, Casey chides her for bedding one of her agents. She quickly replies that she once 'cavorted' with another agent for over two years but he wasn't complaining then. Rick steps away to talk with Billy and Michael, saying that since they are here, they should help. Billy quips that 'the new guy' (Rick) is getting to think like them more everyday. MISSING STUFF A dozen or so Chinese SWAT surround our team, shouting for them to freeze. A uniformed officer comes over and introduces himself as Commissioner Jiang with the Chinese National Police. Michael says they can identify themselves but Jiang replies that he knows who they are - four spies who came to rescue one of their own. The team is not happy at being busted and Michael asks how he found them. Jiang tells them that he followed them from the airport in the hopes that they would lead them to Linda. Billy tries to play diplomat and asks if they could just be reasonable and let them go and take their colleague back to the US and be done. Jiang replies it's not so easy as espionage is punishable by death but today is they're lucky day. Casey asks how so and take them to the airport. INT. VAN ODS and Linda are crowded into a van. Linda whispers to Casey that they are missing their chance. Casey assures her that it's covered so when she shows her skepticism, Casey sighs and replies, "Obviously, formal introductions are in order. Linda, meet Michael Dorset, team leader. (Michael winks); Billy Collins, jack of all trades (Billy tips an imaginary cap); and Rick Martinez. Speaks more languages than there are stars in the sky. (Rick gives small nod and wave). And together we form the ODS." MISSING STUFF UNCERTAIN on location Michael, Billy, Casey and Linda are meeting with a Mr. Lee to get some gadgets for their plan (cell phones, surveillance cameras, etc.). During this exchange he asks Casey and Linda if they're married and they each instantly reply with a big old negatory. OUTSIDE FACTORY The team and Linda go to the factory and meet up with Chang who is waiting for them. He tells them that he bribed the guard but they only got one hour to do it. Meanwhile, Rick is looking at a screen from one of the cameras to find some thugs guarding the place and tells them they have a problem. MISSING STUFF INT. OFFICE BLDG Two guards are watching over Casey and Linda. Casey tells Linda that this situation is a great example of why they are terrible together. He comments that he shouldn't have left his team and she grumbles on how he is blaming her for his decision to follow her. He explains that when he's with her, he makes bad choices. That she makes him off balance, not a lot, maybe two percent. But that two percent can make all the difference between winning or dying. Suddenly the door opens and Jiang enters. He eyes their handcuffs and comments that while he is certain they don't have any tear gas, he can't be too careful. He explains that he was ordered to take them to the airport but they prevented him from doing so. Casey replies that's what they were trained to do, many apologies. Jiang explains that in Chinese culture, it's honor above all else. Casey asks him to get to the point since it's clear that they are not being held in a govt. facility. Jiang explains that all buildings in China are government facilities. He further adds that he cannot take only two of the six people he was supposed to put on a plane back to the states. It would be dishonorable. He asks Casey to call his team and ask them to turn themselves in so he can complete his job. Linda replies that there is no way they would turn in their fellow operatives. Jiang sternly replies that if they don't do as he instructs, he has no choice but to recommend that Casey and Linda get harsh prison sentences. Linda still seems defiant but Casey is considering the threat and asks for a moment to think about it. NO IDEA Something's gone awry and now Casey and Linda are missing. Michael and the team are trying to track Casey. Billy and Rick are commenting on how Casey managed to get himself in trouble but someone save the team at the same time (me: no idea) because he knew Jiang was actually Yuen. Michael gets the address where Casey and Linda are being held and as the team prepares to go, Billy calls over to Mr. Lee saying that they will need more 'toys.' INT OFFICE BLDG. Casey and Linda are alone in a room but there are two guards outside their door. Casey tells her they need to be ready when ODS arrives. She asks how they are going to get inside and he tells her to not worry about that but focus on what to do about the guards because once it all starts to go down, they are going to come in the room and kill them. Somber, she tells him that she always loved him and doesn't regret their two years together. Casey - all business - tells her to remember his 'two percent speech' and that he needs to focus his entire being on the situation. She says his name and argues that she's 'taking him down like five or six percent.' She asks if he loves her but when he remains quiet, she says that even in the face of death he can't say it to her.

1x9: Glory Days
ODS Office
ODS walks in on a guy named Ray Bishop, retired CIA, working on Rick’s computer. He seems to know the team well but Rick is wary of the guy. Ray explains that he had a ‘hunch’ on something and wanted to check it out but before he can elaborate, CIA security comes in and collects him. Michael tries to ask Ray what’s going on but as security leads Ray out, Ray shouts for ‘Mikey’ (Michael) to finish up for him and nods toward the computer. Once Ray is gone, Michael looks at the computer screen and is most perplexed by what he sees.
HIGGIN’S OFFICE
Higgins is clearly upset at seeing Ray but the guy is just super casual and idly comments that he’s impressed by how far Higgins has ascended in the CIA. Higgins isn’t amused by Ray and demands to know what he’s doing in the building when he’s no longer an operative. Ray comments he’s onto a major ‘career maker’ when Michael walks in and announces that Ray was onto something.
MISSING STUFF
AMERICAN EMBASSY in TURKEY
Michael and Rick interview a Sam Crowley. Sam is Mr. All American – no trace of Russian at all. It throws our boys for a loop. They interview him, asking questions only a true Wisconsin boy would know and they can’t nail anything wrong in his answers. They let him go but ask him to stay close to home. After he leaves, our guys comment that they’ll soon find out if he was the best faker ever or the real deal.
Sam exits the building and is all smiles as he walks casually but as he gets further away his expression falls and his pace picks up until he’s in a panic. He calls someone and in fluent Russian says that he’s been found out and needs to talk. As he walks, he passes Casey and Billy who overhear it all. Sam gets into a car as do Casey and Billy who pause long enough for Michael and Rick to join them. We find out that they have a tracker in Sam’s car as well as a camera. Rick comments that Sam had the best Midwestern accent he’s ever heard.
MISSING STUFF
BAR/RESTAURANT?
ODS is talking to telling him that this is a matter of national security so he needs to tell them who ‘his source’ is but before he can reply, a man named Boris steps forward and says he is the informant. He and Ray used to work together as spies – on different sides, of course, but there was an honor between spies in the past; a sort of gentlemanly understanding and respect. He says he gives good information and Ray agrees, arguing that Higgins is a bureaucratic fool and ignoring the good intelligence he has to offer. Boris tells them that Sam Crowley who works in the US Embassy in Turkey is former Russian Intelligence. No joke.
Before they can reply, Fay calls Michael with some info…
CIA HQ
Fay is with the CIA Tech, Fred Farmer, who is examining some electronic devices the team recovered. Fay tells ODS that she found some information on the device. She says that they were right, it was recording everything that a copier scanned. Michael tells her they know who was using that device. End page.
MISSING STUFF
EXT. CAFÉ
Chaotic scene where a car rammed into the café. Michael approaches Ray who insists that the Russians ran him off the road. Michael is upset, insisting that there are no Russians. It was a case of misunderstanding and when he tries to explain what happened, Ray gets an epiphany and replies that it must be ‘Global Intel.’ Michael pauses and listens as Ray explains that he used to do some consulting for them and got access to their mainframe. Michael says that was years ago… it then dawns on him that Ray must have copied the main frame cuz he couldn’t resist. Ray tells him he still followed the list of spies, he couldn’t resist. They realize that there must be something more on his laptop than just a copy of the mainframe.
CIA HQ
Adele takes Rick aside and tells him that she found out the history between Higgins and Ray. Higgins used to be a member of ODS but Ray had him fired from the unit. That’s why they don’t get along.
RAY’S APT.
Michael and Ray enter his place to find it ransacked and his computer missing.
MISSING STUFF
Michael is arguing with the rest of ODS and Ray that they will not use Ray as bait, it’s too risky. Ray is insistent, he’s seasoned – not old. Michael argues that someone has already tried to kill Ray, he’s not putting his mentor in harm’s way. Ray replies that if it means taking Niemeyer down, it’s worth the risk. Michael finally agrees.
INT. RESTAURANT
Ray enters the restaurant and sits down with Kurt Niemeyer. There are two bowls of soup on the table and Ray notices a small vial. Niemeyer comments that it’s for himself, he’s on low sodium diet. He offers Ray the other bowl but Ray comments that he’s ‘on a no-poison diet.’ Niemeyer jokes that he’s not going to poison him, he’s not Syrian. They laugh at the inside joke. They chat about why Ray hasn’t run to the CIA about the stuff he uncovered on his laptop. Ray comments that the CIA won’t pay him what he’s worth, that’s why their talking. Niemeyer says that Global Intel won’t make that mistake. They are all charm. Ray excuses himself to make a call.
EXT. RESTAURANT
Ray meets up with the ODS team who are outside.

Jenn! Whoa... Thank you for the latest update here... I have to say that I can't wait to watch Episode 1.09. We finally get a 'Michael' centric episode... and this one sounds like it's going to be a good episode... especially since we do get a little background info of him and his former mentor Ray... That's going just one juicy episode right there! Hehe! On another note... So we go from 'Marty' to 'Mickey'... and I can't stop giggling here... LOL!

As the others have said, it's hard to imagine how it's all going to look on screen, cos we have to get familiar with the jargon and stuff, but it just makes me even more excited to see the show!!

1x10: Deep Cover Band
(I tried to make sense the best I could but the pages were kinda chaotic. LOL)
CIA – HQ – Vault
Michael and Rick talk with Fay who is showing them surveillance photos of Gunther Voight who runs a heroine ring along the Afghan/Pakistan border which funnels money through the Taliban. She explains that an agent named Gallo had infiltrated the group through a cover as a bar owner of the Rathskeller – which wasn’t easy since Voight is incredibly paranoid. Their mission is to extract Gallo and erase any connection to the CIA. Michael comments that ‘burning’ a CIA run asset won’t go over well with the ‘Duke’ – someone Rick has never heard of.
CIA – HQ – Office of Mission Investigation
Casey and Billy are talking to Duke Byron who seems frazzled. Duke tells them he won’t agree and they explain he doesn’t have a choice. He is arguing that he runs the ‘cover businesses’ but they are still businesses and the bar that Gallo works is one of the few that makes money for the Government. He is very resistant but they press, saying it’s out of his hands and it’s time to close shop. He’s bothered by it but finally agrees, giving them the ledgers for the bar and tells them to get a pint while they’re there – but he’ll dock it from their pay.
RATHSKELLER BAR
It’s small and has lots of dark corners for private conversations. Michael and Rick enter and Gallo spots them, saying the bar is closed and to come back later. Michael speaks to Gallo using his code name and he realizes who they are and he’s not happy. He makes sure no one is around and says that he told them to not come, to not make contact. Michael announces that they are going to take him home but he says he cannot leave, he’s in too deep, he’s immersed. Rick comments that he’s in so deep he was involved in a shoot-out in broad daylight. Gallo argues that Voight told him to pick up a gun and one hesitation and he’s dead. Rick tells him he could’ve checked in and Gallo yells that when he arrived he burned his passport, trashed his cell, erased his life. He couldn’t exactly ‘tweet’ his status to the CIA. He’s spent two years obsessed with getting on Voight’s situation and when Michael asks what he’s learned after two years, Gallo backtracks. He’s got nothing but he’s close… Michael explains that he understands, he’s been in his shoes, but the sad fact is after two years the only one they can link to criminal activity is Gallo. Gallo begs him not to do this but Michael says it’s too late, a team is scrubbing his apartment, erasing any evidence of who he is and now it’s over. Gallo tries once more saying he’s got something and dashes off to get it. We see Michael has an earpiece and speaks into a mic on his collar.
MISSING STUFF but apparently the ODS attempted to fake Gallo’s death.
Michael and Billy are talking when Billy notices a ravishingly beautiful woman, Greta, sitting alone on a barstool. Billy is completely enamoured but Michael tells him to cool it, they are working. Billy says that’s exactly why he must go meet that woman, to preserve the mission. Because if any rational person saw a man as handsome as he was not approach a woman like that, it’d be suspicious. Michael reluctantly agrees but adds, if she isn’t charmed to put into a good word for him. Billy sidles up to Greta and lays on his charm and she matches it with her own.
Two men enter, Schmidt and Klaus, Voight’s henchmen. They hang up their coats and head further inside. Into his mic, Michael tells Casey it’s time. We see Casey at a table eating schnitzel. He polishes it off and gets up, stealthily using his own coat to snag the two men’s and exiting.
Greta notices the men and her expression darkens, telling Billy he needs to leave. He asks why and she indicates Schmidt saying he’s nice but their bad and he’s gotta go. Billy says that she’s about to find him less nice as he’s here to do business with them. Just then Scmidt walks up to Billy and tells him to scram. Billy is his usual witty self and says he knows who Voight is and introduces himself as Billy MacDougall of Midnight Sun Records. Apparently ODS is using an old heroine cover and when Schmidt comments that he thought they were out of business, Billy explains that they were just keeping a low profile.
INTERCUT: Meanwhile, Rick and Casey are trying to sew a bug into Klaus’ jacket but Rick’s having a hard time with his stitching. Apparently the leather is hard.
Schmidt is evaluating Billy and the business card Billy gave him so he asks Klaus to look up Midnight Sun on the web. Michael watches from a distance and speaks into his mic to Adele, Fay and a Tech that the internet thing better be ready.
INTERCUT: Adele, Fay and the Tech at CIA HQ surrounded by tech stuff. The tech confirms they are good to go.
Klaus pulls out his iPad but shows Schmidt that there are no results. Billy tells him that’s cuz his search was in German, needs to be in English. Viola! A ton of stuff pulls up. Schmidt thinks Billy is cocky but asks if can introduce him to Voight right now. Billy agrees but Michael urgently says into his mic that Casey and Rick need to get the coats back in the bar ASAP.
INTERCUT: Rick frantically sewing while Casey and Michael are telling him to hurry. Rick argues he’ll use the easy stitch but it won’t be as secure. He finishes up and hands the coat to Casey. Casey enters the bar and hangs the coat back up completely unnoticed. Using the earpiece, Michael tells Billy to remove his earwig, they got it. Billy pulls his earwig out and exits with Klaus and Schmidt.
INT. VOIGHT’s PRIVATE CLUB
Billy enters and Klaus escorts Greta to Voight but Schmidt holds Billy back, saying that there is a security protocol. He takes Billy to a private room and then sweeps him for bugs. He then sits Billy down and says Voight likes to be clear on who he is doing business with. Billy says he’s in the music business and hopes to get Voight involved. Schmidt asks him to be more clear and concise and after several back and forths, Billy finally plainly says he’s hoping to see the guy some heroine. Suddenly, Schmidt grabs Billy and pummels into him saying that Billy is not in the heroine business and neither is Mr. Voight. That if he mentions the word heroine once, he will be killed.
EXT. VOIGHT’S PRIVATE CLUB
Michael, Rick and Casey followed Billy and are outside. Michael spots a crack and tells Casey to plant it there. Casey pulls out some explosives and Rick asks what’s going on. Michael explains that it’s only if they need to get in to help Billy in a loud, fast, hurry. Rick asks how they will know and Casey explains that Billy will give them the signal or he stops talking. Both of which are strong signals.
INT. VOIGHT’s PRIVATE CLUB
Schmidt leads a limping Billy to the bar where Voight and Greta are sitting. Voight offers Billy a drink and after a tiny bit of chit chat, Voight introduces Billy to his associate, Karl Gallo. Billy covers up his surprise at seeing the man the team thought they had good and killed pretend dead.
EXT. VOIGHT’S PRIVATE CLUB
Michael, Rick and Casey are outside with explosives and detonators (not sure here). The guys ask Michael if they should get Billy out and Michael says they will just sit tight.
INT. VOIGHT’s PRIVATE CLUB
Billy relaxes seeing that Gallo is playing it cool. Billy says he’s from Midnight Sun Records and alludes that he doesn’t deal in music as much as heroine. Voight asks Gallo his opinion and Gallo vouches for them. Billy thinks they are here to deal but then Voight says that the reason he invited him is because he doesn’t want his product to either buy or have sold anywhere in his territory. Basically telling Billy to hit the road. Billy agrees but before he leaves he says that he needs a ride back to the bar and Gallo offers with Voight saying to make sure he doesn’t come back. Once outside, Billy says he hopes Gallo has a good explanation because his partners won’t be nearly as charmed by his appearance as he was.
RATHSKELLER
Gallo brings beer to the table where ODS sit with plates of food. He begins to explain and Casey comments it better be good and the food better be free. Michael just wants to know what it’s going to take to get him to fake his death. Gallo explains he is in love with Greta – Voight’s woman. The guys somehow doubt it as Greta is amazing and Gallo is – not. He provides intimate details of her life that only someone who she loved back would know. Our boys are hesitant as Gallo hasn’t exactly endeared himself to them. He tells them he can help take down Voight and they get the glory. He knows who the supplier is and if they choke the supplier, it forces Voight to come to them. This piques their interest.
DULLES AIRPORT
Blanke is trying to fit a carry-on bag that clearly contains heroine into a bin and seems so nervous it draws the counter attendant’s attention. The attendant tries to help but he gets nervous and excuses himself, rushing away. Later in the bathroom, he nervously tries to tear open the bricks and flush the drugs but it’s stuff. Anxious, he shoves his foot down and forces it. After, with a lighter bag, he goes back to the counter but his pant leg is wet.
Rick is talking to Adele who tells him that he sounds insane. Rick tries to ‘sell it’ by asking who will look better if this plan works? Her or Higgins who is on vacation? She tells him to stop appealing to her ambition but you can tell it’s working. Rick adds that he’s trying to save lives, she needs to trust him here.
EXT. CONCERT ARENA
Casey and Michael get out of a truck with the label ‘Midnight Sun’ on the side. (ME: shout out to WAT!). Michael tells Casey they have total control of the venue until tomorrow. Casey agrees that even though Billy still needs to set up the buy with Voight and they don’t actually have any product to sell, it’s all on schedule.
RATHSKELLER BAR
Greta enters looking anxious and spots Billy, Rick and Gallo sitting at the bar. She tells them that whatever they are doing they need to stop. Voight is too dangerous. She tells them that Klaus is waiting for her so she has to be quick but Gunther got a call that a shipment was attacked and she knows they are responsible. Rick and Billy exchange a look knowing that Adele came through for them and Billy quips that he hopes Higgins never comes back. Greta said that Voight flew into a rage and she’s never seen him so upset. She didn’t know what to do so she just left. They assure he it’s alright, it just means their plan is working. She replies that if their plan is to get them all murdered, yeah, it’s going great. Billy asks her to trust her man (Gallo) and them. That as smart as Voight is, they are pretty clever, too. She agrees when Klaus enters looking for Greta. She says she can’t find her purse but it’s okay, thanks for letting her check. Suddenly Gallo gets a call from Schmidt… END PAGE
MISSING STUFF
Michael scrambles towards where Gallo is lying but Voight is shooting, forcing him back. Michael shouts that it’s over but Voight yells at Gallo that at least Billy had the decency to admit he wanted his woman. He raises his gun to finish Gallo off when a spotlight shines on him, blinding him. German police shout for him to drop his weapon and swoop in to arrest him. Billy shouts that there’s one more inside for them and Michael and Billy share a smile. Greta rushes over and kneels next to Gallo, taking his hand in hers.
PRE-LAP: We hear Byron Duke saying, “Shot in the line of duty. Such a hero deserves his slice of Heaven… Thailand. Home to beautiful, white sandy beaches…”
CIA – HQ – Office of Mission Investigation
We see that the beach is a slide that Byron is showing to Greta and Gallo in his office. ODS is standing in the back, looking pleased. Byron continues his presentation like a tour guide when he stops on an image of a rubber plantation. Here we learn that Byron was so pleased with how Gallo ran the Rathskeller bar that his new assignment is to turn the Rubber Plantation into another taxpayer goldmine. Our boys try and sell it by saying that it’s like the Garden of Eden with the occasional leech, etc. Michael isn’t sold when Bryon tells him there’s a nice heroine smuggling ring nearby. Greta asks if there’s a hospital for the baby and after Byron does some more pitching, Gallo agrees when he sees that Greta is happy.
CIA – HQ – Hallway
Adele is heading home when Rick catches up with her and he says that everyone is commenting on what a big success she had while Higgins was away. She agrees, saying she’s been getting calls… END PAGE

Jenn!
Thanks for the latest spoilers! It sounds to me that this is going to be a 'Billy' heavy episode... which would make sense since we got a Casey one, a Michael one and now a Billy one.
Some of the parts a bit a confusing, but still... It does give you an overall picture of the plot. Did I mention how I love that Michael continues to be thick and heavy in this?
I can't wait to see some of the scenes there... like the one of him at the bar talking into his mic!
Thanks for writing all of this up! Hard to believe that this is the 10th episode for Season 1 already!

Hiya everyone! As mentioned in the other thread, CBS has uploaded a 30 sec promo clip for this week's episode. It's pretty much the same clip we already have seen, but they just added a few more scenes with Higgins in it... and some fighting scene. 1x11: Mincemeat There are no page numbers so I am just guessing at the chronological order here. No crying or complaints please. MISSING STUFF LONDON HOTEL BAR Adele meets up with someone named Rostam and there’s a flirty history between them. During the missing bit, she accuses him of something that drives the women he was chatting up away. He jokes he doesn’t remember her being so nutty and she coyly replies that people change. He asks what they are going to do now and she tells him to meet her up in her hotel room. It’s very flirty. LONDON HOTEL – ADELE’s ROOM Rostam shows up at her hotel room with a bottle of champagne only to find she’s not alone – she’s with Casey and Rick. Rostam is quite deflated. Rick informs him that they want to persuade Rostam to return to his home country of Kiristan in the hopes of him taking over the role of leadership and the fact that his brother would just continue his father’s tyrannical reign. Rostam refuses, arguing the people could rises up but they choose to stay beaten down. Rick informs him that his father’s dying and that his country will most assuredly fall into his brother’s hands, continuing suffering for his people. This is something that Rostam clearly doesn’t want. MISSING STUFF MEHRAK’S PALACE Billy and Michael show up and meet with Sadegh who wants to know what drug they gave his father. They argue they created this prototype of a drug they created, have research, etc. but Sadegh thinks they are just another set of charlatans prying on his father’s superstitions and taking advantage of his desperation. Michael tries to be earnest and tells him that they believe they can save him when Sadegh grabs his wrist and slams it down on the table and pulls out a knife. Billy lurches forward when Sadegh places the tip of the knife on Michael’s wrist and says if they are such miracle workers, Michael can cure himself. After a bated breath, Sadegh releases Michael and announces they can stay, he will let them give his dying father some last bits of comfort but they should know that he isn’t buying their act one bit. A security guard enters and whispers something to Sandegh who gets upset asking why he wasn’t told of this and storms out. Billy comments to Michael that it looks like Rostam is home. MISSING STUFF MEHRAK’S PALACE Billy and Michael administer another dose of their ‘miracle drug’ to keep Mehrak alive. He is very relieved as he thought he’d be dead by now. He also notes that it’s his keen mind that aids him as well. After Michael administers the drug, Mehrak gets up to greet one of his sons, Sadegh. They ask if this is the son he’s been speaking of and Mehrak explains that his other son, Rostam, has not been back for 10 years, he’s been a Cultural Attache at the embassy in London. Sadegh adds that’s because his brother could find work as a ‘Spendthrift Whoremonger.’ ( i.e. Cane, meet Abel. Or maybe more prodigal son? Reference whatever Bible story fits this but in other words, no love loss between these brothers.) Sadegh warns his father to not waste his strength but Mahrek is anxious to go see his other son. END of what I got.
