Even later than the post before, much later. In my opinion, one of the best episodes of the whole series, I cry every time at the end when I see that poor man sitting on the chair, watching the little girl free at last and realizing that HIS girl is lost forever.

A lot of people disliked Season 4, but overall I thought it was pretty good, with some outstanding episodes. Even though he left soon into the season, you can still see Hank's influence. If Seasons 5, 6 and 7 had been even half as good, we could have been looking forward to the show returning in a couple of weeks time..........

I loved the whole show, every season, that's why I'm not going to read any more comments about the single episodes: I don't agree for the most part, they make me feel bitter, in some way they even make me sad. And we all know very very well that stories and the various developments have nothing to do with the fact that the series has been deleted. If we reason like this, CSI Miami had to finish after three episodes. Or such a brilliant series like "Life" should be still here. And by the way, if I have to choose, Season 4 is the season I love best.

This was one of my all time favourites too. I like episodes that present a totally different missing persons case, and, this was different. You are right iretos, it was money that saw the end of WAT , but, most everyone at this board lost faith in the show and writers when they centered the show on J/S. You can't blame them as they have very big M/S hearts, and, sometimes it takes a very long time to get over a lost love.

The show was not about J/S but it was not about M/S either. There was too much J/S in the last season, but there were a lot of great cases too and that's what matters. During Season 7 I probably saw one of the three best episodes of the whole series, that is "Rise and fall" and a lot of others were great as well. You can't drop a series only because you don't like personal developments.

You can't drop a series only because you don't like personal developments. Iretos, I get your point but we were all drawn in for very different reasons - some loved the characters each alone as they were, some liked an actor and would watch whatever they were in, some loved seeing a missing-person case unfold and the character stuff was just bonus, and some fell in love strictly because of the personal storylines. And it was those things that determined their devotion to the show and it's not fair to condemn them for their tastes or affections. I am not going to rehash my love/hate relationship with the show - it's irrelevant at this point and I spent the last three years doing it. I do admire fans like you and Sandid who have unconditional love for the series. I even think you reflect a large majority of fans who were maybe not as vocal on websites. But you were right, in the end for CBS, it came down to money and costs. However, here in the U.S. - the fight for fans to keep it alive was very small because they weren't as invested in the show for whatever reason they choose to watch in the first place. I think that right there says a lot, too. Now, back on topic: I think this was an eppy I liked, even if the content was difficult to watch.

I love this episode because I love of course the MP case and the way he's is affected by the little girl's disapearence. MP case isbeautiful, moving and sad but it made a very good episode. and I love it because there is a lot of Elena and we can't see that she is also affected by cases and she's not a robot ( love the Sam/Elena scenes, and especially when Sam found out that Elena has a daughter, I love Samantha's smile It was good to see that because Sam seemed to HATE Elena in "From the ashes" lol.So it was cute.
