Heh. That's my hometown. I was back to visit my parents LAST week at this time. Curses. Also, I know exactly where all of the places mentioned in the article are. Sorry you missed it. Sounds like your timing is as bad as mine@! But I'm sure you have enough excitement in NYC!

Hiya everyone! Oh whoa... I didn't think it was possible... but Eric finally decided to do something and actually got him signed to a new movie called 'American Sniper' with Clint Eastwood as the director and Bradley Cooper as the lead. Looks like 'Nashville' isn't going anywhere for him and he finally realized it. It's about damn time. Filming for this movie starts next week already in Morocco. And you know what the best part is... I think this is Eric's first big movie with a big name director and lead. Hehe! **** 4 Join Clint Eastwood’s ‘American Sniper’By THE DEADLINE TEAM | Thursday March 20, 2014 @ 6:39pm PDT Navid Negahban ( Homeland), Eric Close (Nashville), Eric Ladin ( Boardwalk Empire) and Rey Gallegos ( Gang Related) have joined the cast of American Sniper for director Clint Eastwood. The film stars Bradley Cooper as decorated marksman Chris Kyle, whose memoir American Sniper: The Autobiography Of The Most Lethal Sniper In U.S. Military History serves as the basis for the Warner Bros film. Filming starts at the end of March in Morocco. Negahban plays Sheikh al-Obeidi, an Iraqi local who is willing to help the SEALs find their target, for a fee. Ladin is Squirrel, a Southern California surfer kid who is part of the SEAL team. Gallegos plays Tony, chief of the SEAL team and one of the instructors during training. No details were available on Close’s character. Negahban, whose credits also include The Mentalist, The Game and CSI: NY, is repped by the House of Representatives. Hiya everyone! Some good news for Eric's latest movie 'American Sniper'. It has finally got a release date of January 16, 2015. **** Clint Eastwood's 'American Sniper' Nabs Year-End Release5:52 PM PST 08/12/2014 by Pamela McClintock Warner Bros. also announces it is pushing Guy Ritchie's 'Man From U.N.C.L.E.' to summer Nabbing a high-profile release date during the heart of awards season, director Clint Eastwood's American Sniper will begin rolling out in select theaters on Christmas Day before expanding nationwide Jan. 16.The Navy SEAL drama stars Bradley Cooper. The Warner Bros. and Village Roadshow movie is a passion project for the Oscar-nominated actor, who is producing with Andrew Lazar and Lazar's company, Mad Chance Productions. In turn, Warners announced it is moving Guy Ritchie's Man from U.N.C.L.E., starring Henry Cavill and Armie Hammer, from Jan. 16, 2015, to Aug. 14, 2015, while Alcon Entertainment's Point Break remake will shift from Aug. 7 to July 31 of that year. The studio also announced dates for two untitled horror films for New Line: one on Jan. 29, 2016, and the other on Sept. 9 of that same year. The studio revealed the date changes Tuesday. American Sniper is an adaptation of Navy SEAL Chris Kyle’s book American Sniper: The Autobiography of the Most Lethal Sniper in U.S. Military History. It reveals how Kyle came to record the highest number of sniper kills for an American. The book has been praised for its frankness in telling a first-person account of a warrior who shoots from far and close distances. Kyle was killed in a shooting accident in February 2013 by a fellow veteran. Eastwood boarded the project last year after Steven Spielberg and Warners parted ways. The prolific director has a long relationship with the studio, which has often used December to launch his films, including Gran Torino. The film adaptation also stars Sienna Miller, Luke Grimes, Kyle Gallner, Sam Jaeger, Jake McDorman and Cory Hardict. Aug. 12, 7:11 p.m. Updated with release dates for the two untitled New Line films.
