Someone has and put it on their blog; img161.imageshack.us/my.php?image=tvg040207ecxt3.jpgEven tvguide gives EC the shaft. The blurb is about him but ALP and PM get the big photo, lol. I see wardrobe is still dressing PM the same way. Lots of black and lots of boob.

Thanks for sharing. I agree that I wish they had more of EC talking about directing but as the director he is "behind the scenes" so it makes sense to feature a larger photo of whatever he is directing. Sure, I'm sick of seeing so much of Jack and Sam but obviously I have no control over that and I'm tired of being mad about it. Actually, I don't mind seeing Jack, it's the two together that makes me sick. On a side note, they all look really good. ALP in casual clothes, PM not wearing her now ubiquitous black trench coat, and EC looks freaking adorable sitting in his director's chair wearing a baseball cap. Considering they are all dressed casual I wonder if this all happens on a Saturday afternoon so we get to see them in their weekend attire.

I agree with you jenn, I'm just like you tired of being angry at the Jack/Sam relationship seeming to be everywhere. But I do have nightmares about it And, just like you too, I think they all look fantastic on that picture. Eric is sooo adorable sitting in that chair, with his coffee, and I think the expression on his face is rather cute. And though they've dressed Poppy in the 'black with boobs' kind of way I'm also tired of the black trench coat, and I'm all for the new look. And ALP lookes really relaxed, I like seeing him that way.

Thanks for sharing. While I don't have kids I can appreciate that sense of panic. I am 8 years older than my brother so I had to watch him a lot when we were growing up. Whenever we went to stores he would wander off if he saw something shiny or fun... Used to make me crazy. I'd even have nightmares that someone would take him or he'd get hit by a car or something. He just thought it was funny.
What a pain in the ass he was.... I think I'm going to call and tell him that right now...

I'm not a mother either but it's definitely scary just thinking about children being straight out abducted by someone. I remember when I was about eight, my younger sister who was about five or six was down the street with a group of her friends at the small park that's there, and they came screaming and running towards the house saying a man was watching them and offering them lollies and such. A few days later we heard about an abduction of a child by the same man only a few blocks from us! It really sent everyone into a panick, and I'm glad Eric has chosen to address this, also given that he's a parent too. I think it'll be a great episode and can't wait to see it

I have two children a boy and a girl that are grown now...27 and 25. But when I had my son that was 2 and when our daughter was born...being that they were 2 years and 3 weeks apart...it was like hell on wheels going to the mall. My son... if I did not sit him in the tantom stroller I had or hook him to a harness....with everyone looking at you...he would scurry real fast under the dress racks and he loved to play hide and seek!! At the time my children were toddlers...at our mall where I lived around Washington DC...there was a kidnapping where someone took a child at the mall and went into a dressing room/bathroom and cut and dyed the child's hair...so no one would be the wiser. It was very frightening to go shopping with your children! I am so glad that Eric Close wants to address this issue....good for him!

This is one episode I can't wait to see. Mainly because EC directed it but as the mother of four daughters (all grown up thank goodness) I can totally relate to that feeling you get when you first turn around and cannot see your child. It is undiscribable and very scary. Avery good subject for WAT.

I just got my Watch Magazine this afternoon in the mail and there is an article about Eric Close and how he loved directing WAT this past season. He seems very dedicated to his passions of acting and directing. He appreciated the executive producers giving him a chance to direct this past year. He said his castmates really helped him out....but also gave him a healthy dose of hazing!! He said he is really looking forward to directing again. The article is called "A Close Encounter" and it is on page 84 and 85. I don't have a scanner....but if you go on CBS.Com....you can see it on line.

Eric is praying for Britney. (Let's hope it works!) Hundreds at Prayer Breakfast Determined to Transform HollywoodBy Elena Garcia Christian Post Reporter Fri, Nov. 16 2007 08:21 PM ET Hundreds hoping to redeem Hollywood asked God to change the hearts of entertainment leaders and celebrities like Britney Spears during a media prayer breakfast Friday morning. The crowd of 700-1,000 Christians and media professionals convened starting at 8:30 a.m. at the Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills for the fourth annual National Media Prayer Breakfast. The event was founded Larry Poland, CEO of Mastermedia International, a ministry focused on leaders in the entertainment and media industries. Participants heard inspirational music and messages by leading performers and prominent guests in the media, and dedicated 40 minutes of the event praying for those who have the power to influence many from the entertainment capitol of the nation. Entertainers such as Mary Mary, Kirk Franklin, Eric Close from “Without a Trace,” Pat Boone, and Gavin McCloud have all participated in past events. The event’s co-sponsor was the Hollywood Prayer Network, a ministry with chapters in 16 U.S. cities and eight countries that sees Hollywood as the 21st century’s largest mission field. “Nothing will change Hollywood except prayer,” said Karen Covell, founder and director of Hollywood Prayer Network, in a recent interview on the “Out of the Boat” radio show of Christian Life Broadcasting. “We pray for God to come into their hearts and show who He is to them.” It is only “when the hearts of the people change then the produce can change,” she added. “The non-believers in the industry who come always leave just amazed that we’re not hating them, we’re not judging them,” said Covell. “We’re loving them and blessing them and lifting them up and that’s a powerful example.” Friday’s prayer breakfast only represented what the 5,000 members involved with the group do on a monthly or even daily basis. Hundreds have signed up for the Incognito Prayer Network, a program that assists members interceding on behalf of a celebrity of their choosing or of one assigned to them. Britney Spears, who is struggling to get custody of her kids and reportedly battling alcohol and drug problems, has recently been at the top of prayer requests, noted to Covell to the Associated Press.Covell, who has served as a TV producer, told “Out of the Boat” that she wishes for more church leaders to also get involved by talking more about the media with their congregations. “We need to be culturally relevant as Christians,” she said. “We need to understand as Christians our place in the media, how to use it as a tool for evangelism, how to talk with others about what we see – what we agree with, what we don’t agree with.” The prayer advocate said that she hopes Christians can support the work in Hollywood through prayer instead of giving up on it by switching the channel or boycotting certain programs. “Hollywood is not Sodom and Gomorrah. It’s Niniveh. It can be redeemed,” she said. This year’s prayer breakfast was endorsed by several recognized figures in the media and entertainment industry including Jodi Benson, the voice actress known for her role as Ariel in Disney's The Little Mermaid; Sam Haskell, III, chairman of the board for Miss America Organization; David Cerullo, president & CEO of The Inspiration Networks; Geriann McIntosh, senior vice president administration of Warner Bros. Television; and Sonya McNair, director public relations for The New Yorker; among others.
