Hiya everyone! I have posted this in the 'CHAOS Episode Order Production vs. Aired' thread and I thought I post it here as well. If you are looking for the Hollywood Reporter article about NBC premiering 'Friends with Benefits, just go to Page 4 and scroll a few posts down and you should come across it. **** All right... I have updated the 2 lists above with the latest updates from the CBS Press Express site. Now here are a few things I thought was worth bringing up. 1. 'Core Fortitude' - I'm just going to go with what we have gotten in terms of spoilers and put this as the last episode they filmed. Although, I think it's really a toss up between this episode and Episode 1.12 - 'Proof Of Life'. They may have switched things around for that time there when they shot those two last episodes. 2. 'Season/Series Finale' - And speaking of the last episode for the season, I think it's interesting to note that there's NOT mentioning of that anywhere in the press releases. And I mean... nothing, nada... zip... The press release for the last episode just read like any other episode. From my personal experience, usually that's the first thing that the network announced when they released those press releases just to get everyone hype over it. I mean... Considering how CBS has been treating 'CHAOS' so far, shouldn't THAT be the first thing they would do and announce the final episode of the show? 3. CBS vs. NBC - While we're at it, I thought I bring this up as well. I will post this in the ratings thread as well. You guys may or may not remember how not a few days ago I was saying that I find it weird if not a little odd that NBC decided to premiere one of their late midseason drama shows on a Saturday night? How 'CHAOS' suddenly got competition that night? Well, guess what? CBS must have gotten wind of it as well, especially since the original plan was to schedule 2 new episodes of 'CHAOS' on the July 4th weekend. Talk about headache there... I mean... One minute, they don't care about 'CHAOS'... and the next, they DO care? Either way, it looks like CBS will have 'CHAOS' go against NBC's 'Friends with Benefits' on Saturday, June 25, 2011 with 2 new back-to-back episodes... probably just to see if 'CHAOS' can beat the new show.

Hiya everyone! It's time to post the ratings. Once again, the Friday night's rating go up first followed by the 'CHAOS' ones. I have to admit... I'm somewhat surprised to see the total numbers of viewers for 'Flashpoint' going up so much while the number for the 18-49 continues to drop badly. This week it managed to get a nice 5.74 million in total viewers with a 0.8/3 in the 18-49 demo range while last week it only got 5.90 million and a 1.0/ 4. **** Marc Bergman writes on Saturday, June 18, 2011:Friday 6/17/11 -Total Viewers: CBS: 6.15 million, NBC: 5.19, ABC: 3.21, Fox: 2.79, CW: 912,000 -Adults 18-49: NBC: 1.3 rating/5 share, ABC: 0.9/ 3, CBS and Fox: 0.8/ 3 each, CW: 0.3/ 1 -------------------- Note: Any prior rating results are based on the final nationals. Since the level of DVR penetration has increased from 33 percent at this same point last year to approximately 38 percent at present, the overall results may be negatively impacted. ---------- -Friday’s Winners: Nothing -Friday’s Losers (excluding repeats): Friday Night Lights (NBC), Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution (ABC), 20/20 (ABC) ---------- -Ratings Breakdown: It was a Friday of split leadership with CBS’ combination of Canadian drama Flashpoint (Viewers: #1, 5.74 million; A18-49: #3t, 0.8 rating/3 share at 8 p.m.) and repeats of CSI: NY (Viewers: #1, 6.05 million; A18-49: #2t, 0.8/ 3) and Blue Bloods (Viewers: #2, 7.29 million; A18-49: #2t, 0.9/ 3 from 9-11 p.m.) the most-watched network. NBC’s line-up of canceled Friday Night Lights (Viewers: #4, 2.97 million; A18-49: #3t, 0.8/ 3 at 8 p.m.) and two-hours of Dateline (Viewers: #2, 6.31 million; A18-49: #1, 1.5/ 5 from 9-11 p.m.) finished first among adults 18-49. Both networks, needless to say, have nothing to worry about. As a reminder, new drama A Gifted Man (which faces an uphill battle) steps into the Friday 8 p.m. hour on CBS this fall. Relocated Chuck on NBC, which returns for its final 13 episodes in the Friday 8 p.m. hour next season, leads into new drama Grimm and a one-hour edition of Dateline at 10 p.m. Given the slim prospects for Grimm, expect Dateline to expand back to two-hours by November. Personally speaking, Grimm is my pick for the first new series cancellation of the 2011-12 season. Elsewhere, ABC aired a repeat of Shark Tank (Viewers: #2, 3.92 million; A18-49: #1, 1.1/ 4 at 8 p.m.), which moves back one hour next fall, canceled Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution (Viewers: #3, 2.50 million; A18-49: #3t, 0.8/ 3 at 9 p.m.) and 20/20 (Viewers: #3, 3.21 million; A18-49: #2t, 0.9/ 3 at 10 p.m.). Fox filled the night with repeats of Bones (Viewers: #3, 3.27 million; A18-49: #2, 0.9/ 4) and House (Viewers: #4, 2.31 million; A18-49: #4, 0.7/ 3), which will air in the Friday 9 p.m. hour all summer. And The CW aired repeats of concluded Smallville (Viewers: #5, 970,000; A18-49: #5, 0.3/ 1) and returning Supernatural (Viewers: #5, 854,000; A18-49: #5, 0.4/ 1). Here is the fall Friday line-up for the five broadcast networks (with the two new shows bolded in caps): ABC 8:00 p.m. Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (new day) 9:00 p.m. Shark Tank (new time) 10:00 p.m. 20/20 CBS 8:00 p.m. A GIFTED MAN 9:00 p.m. CSI: NY 10:00 p.m. Blue Bloods NBC 8:00 p.m. Chuck (new day) 9:00 p.m. GRIMM 10:00 p.m. Dateline Fox 8:00 p.m. Kitchen Nightmares 9:00 p.m. Fringe CW 8:00 p.m. Nikita (new day and time) 9:00 p.m. Supernatural Source: Pifeedback - Friday, June 17, 2011

Hiya everyone! And here the prelim ratings for Episode 1.08 - 'Core Fortitude'. I was surprised to see a 0.1 increase in the 18-49 demo range as compared to a lost of 0.2 as it was in the case for 'Flashpoint'. This week, 'CHAOS' managed to get 3.86 million total viewers with a 0.6/2 in the 18-49 demo range... an increase from last week's numbers of 3.23 million total viewers with a 0.5/2. That's like 2 weeks in a row that 'CHAOS' has slowly inceased in ratings with little to no promotion whatsoever. Next week is going to be interesting with NBC premiering their late midseason show. CBS aired another burn-off episode of Chaos (Viewers: #1, 3.86 million; A18-49: #2, 0.6 rating/2 share at 8 p.m.), followed by repeats of NCIS (Viewers: #1, 5.01 million; A18-49: #2, 0.7/ 3) and 48 Hours Mystery (Viewers: #1, 5.24 million; A18-49: #1, 1.0/ 3) from 9-11 p.m. Fox aired two episodes of Cops (the season finale and a repeat – Viewers: #2, avg. 3.62 million; A18-49: #1, avg. 1.2/ 5 from 8-9 p.m.) and the season-finale of America’s Most Wanted (Viewers: #2, 3.88 million; A18-49: #1, 1.1/ 4). As a reminder, America’s Most Wanted will be downgraded to a series of quarterly specials in the fall. Elsewhere, NBC aired repeats of Minute to Win It (Viewers: #3, 2.45 million; A18-49: #3, 0.5/ 2), Law & Order: Criminal Intent (Viewers: #3, 2.83 million; A18-49: #3, 0.5/ 2) and Law & Order: Los Angeles (Viewers: #2, 3.80 million; A18-49: #2, 0.6/ 2). Hiya everyone! Here are the prelim ratings for Friday night. They are up now so I thought I post them now. **** Marc Bergman writes on Saturday, June 25, 2011:Friday 6/24/11 -Total Viewers: CBS: 5.71 million, NBC: 4.59, ABC: 3.47, Fox: 2.59, CW: 1.45 -Adults 18-49: NBC: 1.1 rating/4 share, ABC: 0.9/ 3, CBS and Fox: 0.8/ 3 each, CW: 0.5/ 2 -------------------- Note: Any prior rating results are based on the final nationals. Since the level of DVR penetration has increased from 33 percent at this same point last year to approximately 38 percent at present, the overall results may be negatively impacted. ---------- -Friday’s Winners: Nothing -Friday’s Losers (excluding repeats): Friday Night Lights (NBC), Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution (ABC), 20/20 (ABC) -Repeat Count: 62 percent of the line-up was encore telecasts. ---------- -Ratings Breakdown: It was a typically low-rated early summer Friday of mixed leadership, with CBS first in total viewers (at just 5.71 million) and NBC No. 1 among adults 18-49, with a 1.1 rating in the demo. Needless to say, not a great of people are tuning into the broadcast networks on Friday. CBS was in all repeats care of Canadian drama Flashpoint (Viewers: #1, 5.30 million; A18-49: #2t, 0.8 rating/3 share), CSI: NY (Viewers: #1, 5.91 million; A18-49: #2, 0.9/ 3) and Blue Bloods (Viewers: #1, 5.92 million; A18-49: #3, 0.8/ 3). This fall, new feel-good CBS drama A Gifted Man, which is unlikely to be gifted once the ratings come in, will lead off the evening at 8 p.m. NBC aired another episode of the final season of Friday Night Lights (Viewers: #3, 2.97 million; A18-49: #2t, 0.8/ 3 at 8 p.m.), followed by two-hours of Dateline at 5.40 million viewers (#2) and a first-place 1.3/ 4 in the demo from 9-11 p.m. This fall on NBC, new drama Grimm at 9 p.m. out of the final season of relocated Chuck is my pick for the first new series cancellation of the season. Expect Dateline, which is scheduled at 10 p.m., to be expanded back to two hours. Elsewhere, a repeat of ABC’s Shark Tank (Viewers: #2, 3.86 million; A18-49: #1, 1.0/ 4 at 8 p.m.) led into the series-finale of Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution at just 2.58 million viewers (#3) and a 0.8/ 3 among adults 18-49 (#3t) at 9 p.m. Veteran newsmagazine 20/20 capped off the evening with 3.98 million viewers (#3) and a second-place 1.0/ 3 in the demo at 10 p.m. This fall, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition moves into the 8 p.m. hour on ABC, followed by relocated Shark Tank and 20/20. Fox filled the evening with repeats of Bones (Viewers: #4, 2.87 million; A18-49: #2t, 0.8/ 3) and House (Viewers: #4, 2.31 million; A18-49: #3t, 0.8/ 3). And The CW aired encore telecasts of concluded Smallville (Viewers: #5, 1.41 million; A18-49: #5, 0.4/ 2) and returning Supernatural (Viewers; #5, 1.49 million; A18-49: #5, 0.5/ 2). On Fox this fall will be the return of Kitchen Nightmares and Fringe, while Nikita on The CW moves to the Friday 8 p.m. anchor position into Supernatural. Supernatural Source: Nielsen Media Research data (R = repeat) Source: Pifeedback - Friday, June 24, 2011

Hiya everyone! Prelim ratings for Saturday night came in late today. They weren't posted until 5pm today. Anyhoo, here's the interesting thing about last night's airing. NBC didn't show their late mid-season premiere 'Friends with Benefits'. In fact, they showed repeats of 'Minute To Win It' and 'Law & Order: Criminal Intent'. I don't know why... but I just double checked with the original announcement and the date is correct. After, CBS did go through the trouble of airing 2 back-to-back episodes last night. Hmm! Not sure what to tell you there... As for 'CHAOS', steady numbers for last night. No real decrease although the ratings are listed for 8pm-10pm. [glow=red,2,300]Episode 1.09 & 1.10 -
Prelim Ratings[/glow]Marc Bergman writes on Sunday, June 26, 2011:-Total Viewers: CBS: 3.67 million, Fox: 3.56, NBC: 3.08, ABC: 2.04 -Adults 18-49: Fox: 1.1 rating/4 share, NBC: 0.7/ 2, CBS: 0.6/ 5, ABC: 0.5/ 2 --------------- Note: Any prior rating results are based on the final nationals. Since the level of DVR penetration has increased from 33 percent at this same point last year to approximately 38 percent at present, the overall results may be negatively impacted. --------------- -Saturday’s Winners: Nothing -Saturday’s Losers (excluding repeats): Chaos (CBS) and the night overall. ---------- -Ratings Breakdown: With just 8.68 million viewers and a 1.8 rating/ 9 share for the Big 3 networks combined there was no news, as usual, for the Big 3 networks on this fourth Saturday in June. ABC, in fact, may have plummeted to its lowest Saturday delivery for the history of the network with its encore combination of the pilot episodes of 101 Ways to Leave a Game Show (Viewers: #4, 1.82 million; A18-49: #4, 0.4/ 2) and Expedition Impossible (Viewers: #4, 1.95 million; A18-49: #3t, 0.5/ 2) from 8-10 p.m., and the second season-premiere of Canadian drama Rookie Blue (Viewers: #3, 2.36 million; A18-49: #3, 0.5/ 2). In more burn-off series news, back-to-back episodes of canceled CBS spy drama Chaos averaged 3.24 million viewers (#2) and a 0.5/ 2 among adults 18-49 (#3t) from 8-10 p.m. That led into a repeat of 48 Hours Mystery, which was the most-watched show of the evening, at 4.54 million viewers and a 0.9/ 3 in the demo (#1) at 10 p.m. Not a single series cracked 5-million viewers.Elsewhere, four consecutive repeats of Cops on Fox averaged 3.56 million viewers (#1) and a 1.1/ 4 among adults 18-49 (#1) from 8-10 p.m. And NBC filled the evening with encore telecasts of game show Minute to Win It (Viewers: #3, 2.90 million; A18-49: #2, 0.6/ 2), Law & Order: Criminal Intent (Viewers: #3, 3.25 million; A18-49: #2, 0.7/ 2) and canceled Law & Order: Los Angeles (Viewers: #2, 3.70 million; A18-49: #2, 0.8/ 3). Hiya everyone! And here's TVByTheNumbers coverage for Saturday night. I wish we had a breakdown of the two episodes aired last night. On another note, before I forgot to mention this, the 9pm airing was sponsored by 'Bing'. I was kinda surprised by that. Two sponsorship in 2 weeks in a row. Not bad if you ask me! Prelim Ratings[/glow]TV Ratings Saturday: Gooooaaaaal! Univision Wins Saturday as Mexico Defeats USA in CONCACAF Gold Cup FinalBy Robert Seidman– June 26, 2011 Sadly, we don’t usually see fast national data for Univision for Friday and Saturday night until Monday, and last night was no exception, so I don’t have to disclaim how unreliable the fast national numbers are for live sporting events. But let there be no doubt that Univision won the broadcast night with a Fútbol de la Copa Oro (Gold Cup Soccer) championship from 9-11p ET where Mexico defeated the USA 4-2. Wednesday night’s Mexico vs. Honduras match scored a 3.4 adults 18-49 rating. It’s possible that Univision ordered a special time zone adjusted report and we’ll see some numbers later today, otherwise we should see (and post) final numbers by Monday afternoon. Among the English broadcast nets four repeats of Cops led Fox to victory with adults 18-49. Two new burnoff episodes of CHAOS averaged a 0.5 adults 18-49 rating between 8-10p.Source: TVByTheNumbers

Hiya everyone! Here are the prelim ratings for last night's episode. Numbers were down, which isn't really much of a surprise since it is after all the July 4th weekend. Despite that, 'CHAOS' still managed to hold steady in the total numbers of viewers while dropping slightly in the 18-49 demo range. In fact, with the prelim ratings listed in half an hour breakdown, 'CHAOS' actually gained in total numbers of viewers. On another note, there's still no sight of that NBS' late midseason drama show that should have premiered last week. [glow=red,2,300]Episode 1.11 -

Prelim Ratings[/glow]TV Ratings: Fox Wins a Slow Holiday Weekend Saturday with 'Cops' RepeatsBy Robert Seidman– July 3, 2011 On a slow holiday weekend night only two out of the four Cops repeats could hit or cross a 1.0 adults 18-49 rating, Fox won the night with adults 18-49. CBS won the night with total viewers, and won the 10pm hour with 48 Hours Mystery, but at 8pm, the original scripted CHAOS could only muster a 0.4 rating with adults 18-49 (and was beaten in the demo by a repeat of 101 Ways to Leave a Game Show) and didn’t crack 3 million viewers.ZZzzzzzz. Hiya everyone! Here are the prelim ratings for Friday night. It was another slow night, but darn it... 'Flashpoint' did pretty good all things considered. **** Marc Bergman writes on Saturday, July 09, 2011:Friday 7/08/11 -Total Viewers: CBS: 6.26 million, NBC: 4.80, ABC: 4.43, Fox: 2.85, CW: 876,000 -Adults 18-49: ABC: 1.3 rating/4 share, NBC: 1.2/ 4, CBS: 1.1/ 4, Fox: 0.8/ 3, CW: 0.3/ 1 -------------------- Note: Any prior rating results are based on the final nationals. Since the level of DVR penetration has increased from 33 percent at this same point last year to approximately 38 percent at present, the overall results may be negatively impacted. ---------- -Friday’s Winners: Nothing -Friday’s Losers (excluding repeats): Friday Night Lights (NBC) and the evening overall. ---------- -Ratings Breakdown: It was a typically low-rated summer Friday of mixed leadership, with CBS the most-watched network (at 6.26 million viewers) and ABC No. 1 among adults 18-49 (with a 1.3 rating in the demo). Sixty-two percent of Friday’s line-up was encore telecasts. CBS opened the evening with an original installment of Canadian drama Flashpoint (Viewers: #1, 6.23 million; A18-49: #1t, 1.2 rating/5 share at 8 p.m.), followed by repeats of CSI: NY (Viewers: #1, 5.96 million; A18-49: #3, 0.9/ 3) and Blue Bloods (Viewers: #1, 6.58 million; A18-49: #3, 1.0/ 3) from 9-11 p.m. Fox filled the evening with repeats of Bones (Viewers: #3, 3.13 million; A18-49: #3, 0.8/ 3) and House (Viewers: #4, 2.58 million; A18-49: #4, 0.8/ 3). Elsewhere, repeats of ABC’s Shark Tank (Viewers: #2, 4.09 million; A18-49: #1t, 1.2/ 5 at 8 p.m.) and Primetime: What Would You Do? (Viewers: #3, 3.95 million; A18-49: #2, 1.3/ 4 at 9 p.m.) led into long-running newsmagazine 20/20 at 5.24 million viewers (#3) and a second-place 1.4/ 5 among adults 18-49 at 10 p.m. NBC aired the second-to-last episode of Friday Night Lights (Viewers: #4, 3.00 million; A18-49: #4, 0.7/ 3), which never had the luxury of an audience, followed by two-hours of Dateline at 5.70 million viewers (#2) and a dominant 1.5/ 5 in the demo from 9-11 p.m. Last-place The CW aired encore telecasts of Smallville (Viewers: #5, 1.05 million; A18-49: #5, 0.4/ 1) and Supernatural (Viewers: #5, 704,000; A18-49: #5, 0.3/ 1). Unlike Saturday, which the networks have abandoned, Friday next season will feature two new dramas (CBS’ A Gifted Man and Grimm on NBC) and new time periods for ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, the final season of NBC’s Chuck, and Nikita on The CW). Since ABC has pushed Shark Tank to midseason, what the network will air in the Friday 9 p.m. hour this fall has not been determined. Here is the upcoming Friday night line-up (with new shows in caps). ABC 8:00 p.m. Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (new day) 9:00 p.m. TBD 10:00 p.m. 20/20 CBS 8:00 p.m. A GIFTED MAN 9:00 p.m. CSI: NY 10:00 p.m. Blue Bloods NBC 8:00 p.m. Chuck (new day) 9:00 p.m. GRIMM 10:00 p.m. Dateline Fox 8:00 p.m. Kitchen Nightmares 9:00 p.m. Fringe CW 8:00 p.m. Nikita (new day and time) 9:00 p.m. Supernatural Source: Nielsen Media Research data (R = repeat) Source: Pifeedback - Friday, July 08, 2011

Hiya everyone! All right... Here are the prelim ratings for Episode 1.12 - 'Mincemeat'. The numbers were slightly up despite the fact that CBS didn't do any kind of promotion, including no promotion on the 'CHAOS' Facebook and Twitter page. Figures. [glow=red,2,300]Episode 1.12 -

Prelim Ratings[/glow]Marc Bergman writes on Sunday, July 10, 2011:Saturday 7/09/11 -Saturday’s Winners: Nothing as usual -Saturday’s Losers (excluding repeats): Chaos (CBS) and the night overall ---------- -Ratings Breakdown: There was nothing of note on this second Saturday of July, with CBS the most-watched network (at under 4-million viewers) and Fox No. 1 among adults 18-49 (at a mere 0.9 rating in the demo). CBS opened with another burn-off episode of spy drama Chaos (Viewers: #2, 2.85 million; A18-49: #4, 0.5/ 2), which earned its cancellation stripes, followed by two episodes of 48 Hours Mystery, one repeat and one original, as follows:
48 Hours Mystery 9:00 p.m. – Viewers: 3.93 million (#1), A18-49:0.7/ 3 (#2) – R 10:00 p.m. – Viewers: 5.94 million (#1), A18-49: 1.1/ 4 (#1) – most watched-show of the eveningAs for sitcom Rules of Engagement moving into the Saturday 8 p.m. half-hour this fall (into comedy repeats), don’t let the network fool you. CBS is only keeping the sitcom in original production so Sony Pictures Television can have more episodes for off-network syndication. Poor Goldie Hawn…no one will be watching son Oliver’s show! Fox aired two repeat episodes of Cops from 8-9 p.m. (Viewers: #1, avg. 3.17 million; A18-49: #1, avg. 1.0/ 4 from 8-9 p.m.), followed by repeats of Family Guy (Viewers: #3, 2.02 million; A18-49: #1, 0.9/ 3) and The Cleveland Show (Viewers: #4, 1.66 million; A18-49: #2, 0.7/ 3) from 9-10 p.m. Elsewhere, NBC populated the lackluster evening with repeats of game show Minute to Win It (Viewers: #4, 2.06 million; A18-49: #4, 0.4/ 2), Law & Order: Criminal Intent (Viewers: #2, 3.40 million; A18-49: #3, 0.6/ 2) and Law & Order: SVU (Viewers: #2, 4.27 million; A18-49: #2, 0.9/ 3). And ABC aired repeats of 101 Ways to Leave a Game Show (Viewers: #3, 2.35 million; A18-49: #2, 0.7/ 3), Expedition Impossible (Viewers: #3, 1.88 million; A18-49: #4, 0.5/ 2) and Canadian drama Rookie Blue (Viewers: #4, 1.90 million; A18-49: #4, 0.4/ 1).
